Sparkk Construction is great. I typically do not leave reviews online, but I wanted to make sure everyone has the opportunity to hear about this company. From start to finish they were great. Carlos and Andrew are top notch. They made the process of having my roof replaced super easy. They even dealt with my homeowners insurance company during the claim process. Not only does my roof look fantastic, my shingles were upgraded at no extra cost. But what this company has that not many other ones do is outstanding customer service. I was very impressed. While my roof was getting replace, I had a issue at a rental property and need some help with replacing the section of drywall in the kitchen. I just happened to call Carlos and ask for help, and Andrew came out on his own time, in between other jobs and helped with the repair, and didn't even brother charging me!! I couldn't believe it. SO if your roof needs replaced or other repairs done make sure you call Sparkk Construction first. You will not be disappointed. If I ever need any other work done at home these guys are the first people I am calling.
Put in a claim for a few missing shingles but turned out my whole roof was bad. Sparkk was excellent throughout the whole process from working with our insurance, communicating, and quality of work. They went above and beyond and painted the vents on our roof to match. Highly recommend!
My Mother’s roof on her house was in need of replacement. After many attempts with other roofing companies, contractors etc I finally found Sparkk Construction and we are so glad we did. They came out the next day, inspected her roof, filed the claim and even navigated on her behalf to have everything replaced for ZERO cost to my Mom. We could be more happy, my Mom actually cried. Sparkk construction has performed multiple projects for me and my church in the last year. Two of the projects involved insurance claims. They were able to navigate all the hoops and hurdles that the insurance companys require. They were very professional and the work was excellent.
