From plenty of negative past experiences and hacks with business licenses I usually have an aversion when it comes to interfacing with contractors of any trade as it is often hard to verify they are the professionals they portray themselves to be. But I can say the group of guys that make up Sparkk Construction are some of the most professional, talented, and customer engaging group of guys I have ever worked with. Their work alone speaks for it's self, but their customer service is something 99% of companies are lacking today. As of April 2022 we became first time homeowners and with my wife being 7 months it was very stressful when our roof started leaking into our bedroom in the middle of the night. But the team at Sparkk came out the next day, inspected the interior and the exterior of the roof, sealed the leak right there with no hassle. They continued to inspect my roof in its entirety which ended up needing to be replaced, which they helped me file the claim and then did the entire roof repair in a day. They completed the entire repair by the time I got home from work, and aside from the new roof you could not even tell there was a construction crew working there all day. As well, they even took drone photos of the repair for us and have come out multiple times since then to make sure everything was delivered as we expected. The team is bar none in their work and delivery to their customers. I can say we would not hesitate to use them again in the future for other major repairs.

Everyone who works with Sparkk is polite and responsible. They even had extra people come to finish the job (a huge roof!) in one day! We had a few follow up issues/questions with the roof and they responded within a few hours and we’re out to do the work within a day. They also guided us through the ARB process and insurance process. I would definitely hire them again for any work we have done at the house.

Our roof was leaking so my wife and I called Sparkk Construction. Immediately they came out and put a tarp over the leak. Carlos send us pictures of the shingles that needed repaired. He explained the what needed to be done and even helped us file a claim with insurance. Not only did the roof need replaced, they also did patch work where they water was leaking. My wife and I were also looking for someone to pour stamped concrete for our backyard patio. Oscar and his team did a wonderful job. My wife and I are very happy with the work they did on our house. Sparkk construction is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them anyone that needs work done on their home. Fantastic crew. Thank you Carlos and Oscar!
